New Foodbank Partnership Announced

We're excited to announce a new partnership between Kirrip Aboriginal Corporation and Fresh Produce Australia to enhance our Foodbank services.

This partnership will provide our community with access to fresh, nutritious food at affordable prices. The program includes weekly deliveries of seasonal fruits and vegetables, pantry staples, and household essentials.

What makes this partnership unique is its focus on cultural safety. All deliveries will be made by trained staff who understand the importance of culturally appropriate food access. We'll also be offering cooking workshops that combine traditional Aboriginal ingredients with modern nutrition advice.

The partnership will also create employment opportunities for community members, with positions available for drivers, warehouse staff, and program coordinators.
