A Place for Community. A Place to Belong. Kirrip House is our community hub in Melton South, designed to welcome, support and empower Aboriginal people and their families.
Kirrip House is the headquarters of Kirrip Aboriginal Corporation, located in the heart of the Western suburbs of Melbourne. More than just an office, Kirrip House is a welcoming space for community, culture, and connection - a place where Aboriginal people can access programs, services, and support in a culturally safe environment.
OUR SPACE
Kirrip House features modern meeting rooms, a community kitchen, a yarning circle space, a digital learning hub, and dedicated offices for staff and visiting services. The building has been designed to reflect Aboriginal cultural values and create a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
LOCATION & ACCESS
Conveniently located near public transport and with accessible parking on-site, Kirrip House is easy to reach. The building is fully wheelchair accessible and provides a safe, welcoming environment for all community members.
OPENING HOURS
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Extended hours for community events and programs. After-hours access available by appointment for registered members. The community kitchen and yarning space are available for cultural gatherings on weekends by arrangement.
