Cultural Connections Program

The Cultural Connections Program is a community-led initiative that celebrates and strengthens Aboriginal cultural knowledge, language, and connection to Country. Through a range of activities, participants learn from Elders and cultural practitioners.

This program provides opportunities to engage with traditional practices, learn language, hear stories, create art, and build deeper connections to Country and culture.

Activities include language workshops focused on learning and preserving Aboriginal language and terminology, art and craft sessions covering painting, weaving and other traditional forms, storytelling circles hearing from Elders across generations, and excursions to significant cultural sites on Country.
